How do I access the semiar?
Body.Soul.Spirit will assign each participant a unique
username and password. The day of the seminar a hyperlink will be emailed to each registered participant. Participants
will click on the hyperlink, enter the username and password they received. Only one participant at a time will be allowed
to log in with the username and password given.
Once you receive the hyperlink, your username
and password, we recommend that you immediately log in to the virtual seminar. This ensures that your system is working properly
to attend the seminar.
Do I need to register for classes or presentations I will attend?
No, you can participate in any class or presentation you wish.
If I
leave the seminar, will I be able to sign in again?
Yes. You can enter the seminar anytime from Friday,
6:30pm, September 30, 2011 through Saturday, 11:00pm, October 1, 2011 (Central Standard Time).
What
if I lose my username and password?
We strongly recommend that you keep this information in a safe place (with
the hyperlink you will recieve to access the seminar). It is a good idea to print this information. If you have forgotten
or misplaced your password or username, please contact us immediately. We can issue a new one up to 1 hour after access
has been granted. After that time, staff will not be available to issue any new passwords, usernames
or hyperlinks.
How do I participate in the give-a-ways?
Some vendors will
require you to complete a survey, others may require you to register with them. With some all you have to do is
stop by their booth.
Will there be any handouts?
Yes, there will be downloadable handouts
available to you before, during and after the seminar.
Who are the Speakers and Teachers?
Each
registered participant with a pass will receive an agenda of participating Teachers & Speakers.
